Static Random Access Memory (SRAM)
Pearson Warshaw LLP attorneys represent plaintiffs in an antitrust class action lawsuit against numerous Static Random Access Memory (“SRAM”) manufacturers, including Micron Technology, NEC Electronics America, Samsung Electronics, and Toshiba.
The lawsuit alleges that Defendants-who control a substantial portion of the SRAM memory storage devices for computers, workstations, servers, cellular telephones, and modems-have conspired, combined, and contracted to raise and fix SRAM prices to artificially high levels. The case is pending in the Northern District of California.
