Daniel L. Warshaw, one of Pearson Warshaw’s founding partners, has been selected by the Daily Journal as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California for 2026. Mr. Warshaw serves as co-lead counsel for a class of utilities in In re PVC Pipe Antitrust Litigation, where early settlements have yielded more than $95 million for the class. He also leads the firm’s role as interim co-lead counsel for consumers in In re Shell Eggs Antitrust Litigation. In addition, he recently secured a favorable Tenth Circuit ruling on class certification in Dunn v. Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Co., a consumer class action involving Natural American Spirit cigarettes.
