Pearson Warshaw LLP (PW) represents consumers in a class action against the manufacturers of devices known as “Bluetooth Headsets” which permit wearers to utilize a mobile phone without holding to the phone next to their face or using wires to connecting the phone to the headset. Plaintiffs allege that the Bluetooth Headsets produced by Defendants emit defectively high decibel levels that damage users’ ears and induce hearing loss.

Plaintiffs further allege that Defendants’ Bluetooth Headsets do not have adequate warnings to alert consumers of the dangers of ear damage and hearing loss that involved with the headsets. This case is pending in federal court in the Central District of California.
