Pearson Warshaw LLP attorneys have filed an antitrust class action lawsuit against three of the leading manufacturers of Graphics Processing Cards and Units (“Graphics Cards”) in the United States. The lawsuit alleges that Defendants Advanced Micro Devices, Inc, ATI Technologies, Inc. and Nvidia Corporation – who earned over $10 billion in revenue and almost $4 billion profits in 2005 alone – have conspired to fix, raise, and maintain the prices of Graphics Cards at artificially high levels. Pearson Warshaw LLP represents an indirect purchaser of Graphics Cards who is asserting claims under the Sherman Antitrust Act (15 U.S.C. § 1), the Cartwright Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 16720); and California’s Unfair Competition Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq.) on behalf of himself and other individuals and entities who are similarly situated.
