Final approval of a $185 million settlement was granted today in the matter of Senne et al. v. Office of the Commissioner of Baseball et al. The class action lawsuit was brought by minor league baseball players alleging that MLB and other Defendants violated the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and the wage-and-hour laws of California, Arizona, and Florida.
