The American Antitrust Institute (AAI) has named Pearson Warshaw, LLP a 2026 honoree of its Antitrust Enforcement Awards. AAI recognized the firm for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice. Specifically, the award honors the firm’s work in In re Pork Antitrust Litigation, No. 0:18-cv-01776-JRT-JFD (D. Minn.). AAI also recognized five Pearson Warshaw attorneys: Bobby Pouya, Bruce Simon, Clifford Pearson, Michael Pearson, and Naveed Abaie.
AAI is an independent nonprofit that promotes competition that protects consumers, businesses, and society. Each year, its awards recognize attorneys and economists who have advanced private antitrust enforcement. A judging committee of practitioners and economists selects the honorees. AAI will present the 2026 awards on November 5 in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will follow AAI’s 20th Annual Private Antitrust Enforcement Conference.
