The Daily Journal has named Pearson Warshaw, LLP partner Bruce L. Simon as “Top 100 Lawyer in California” for 2019. The Daily Journal announced the honor in the September 18, 2019 edition. Mr. Simon’s interview discusses his trial victory in the In re: National Collegiate Athletic Association Athletic Grant-in-Aid CAP Antitrust Litigation. In that case, U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken issued the injunction against NCAA in March, paving the way for student athletes to receive greater compensation for student athletes.
