The Daily Journal Recognized Bruce Simon for Top Verdict of 2012
Partner Bruce L. Simon was recognized by the Daily Journal for obtaining one of the Top Verdicts of 2012 for his work in the In Re: TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation. In July of 2012, on behalf of a class of direct purchaser plaintiffs, Mr. Simon and his co-counsel Richard Heimann from Lieff, Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein went to trial against Toshiba Corporation and received an $87 million verdict from a California jury in federal court in San Francisco.
