In re KIND LLC “Healthy and All Natural” Litigation, Southern District of New York, MDL No. 2645. PW partner Daniel L. Warshaw currently serves as interim co-lead counsel in this multistate certified class action on behalf of consumers who allege that they purchased KIND snack bars that were falsely advertised as “all natural,” “non-GMO,” and/or “healthy.” In 2022, the Southern District of New York granted Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion to Decertify the Classes and the matter is currently on appeal in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
