North American Soccer League, LLC v. United States Soccer Federation, Inc., and Major League Soccer, L.L.C., Eastern District of New York, Case No. 1:17-cv-05495-MKB-ST. PW, along with co-counsel, represents the North American Soccer League in a matter against the United States Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer alleging antitrust violations. The complaint alleges that U.S. Soccer and MLS have driven NASL out of business and have prevented NASL from competing against MLS (the sole Division I league) and the United Soccer League (the sole Division II league), which is affiliated with MLS. The matter is set for trial in October, 2023.
